領犬員冠潔

本集的女主角賴冠潔，是家中的老么，哥哥姐姐跟她年齡差距較大，從小沒有玩伴的她，把小動物當成玩伴，曾經養過一隻非常貼心的狗狗吉利，讓她立下志願，希望能和毛孩一起服務人群。長大後，冠潔進入搜救犬隊擔任領犬員，她熱愛練狗，幾乎24小時都跟狗在一起，談戀愛、懷孕、生孩子的同時，都還一直照顧著毛小孩。

獨生女雅雅從小就和家裡的狗姊姊木蘭，狗哥哥大心一起長大，完全不會畏懼大型犬，還可以擔任媽媽訓練搜救犬的助手。年僅三歲的雅雅，在父母開明的教養下，非常獨立、有自信，常常自稱是Super 雅雅，因為媽媽練狗時，總愛喊著Super～

消防員丁元

冠潔的先生張丁元，是消防隊隊員，原本轉任內勤的他，為了在工作上獲得成就感，又申請去救火，讓家人對於他的安危提心吊膽。不過他對於冠潔的體貼，可說超越神隊友等級，各種節日的送禮，都送到冠潔的心坎裡。

更重要的是，丁元無條件支持冠潔的職業選擇，讓冠潔能當好24小時的狗保母，幾乎所有的家事、育兒，不用老婆聲控，他就會自動執行任務。婚前，丁元的休閒娛樂是打電動和看漫畫，在婚後，他的休閒娛樂變成是陪老婆練狗，以及照顧女兒雅雅。

家人的無條件支援

冠潔除了有先生丁元的支持，還有一家子人無條件支援她。冠潔的爸爸、媽媽、哥哥、姐姐都住在附近，當初考領犬員時，數理不太好的冠潔就是靠著哥哥的教學，姊姊的督促才考上的。

而爸媽的早餐店還負責供應一家人的伙食，讓冠潔可以全心全意專注在自己的領犬員工作上～不過冠潔的婆婆卻非常懼怕有毛的動物，這樣的婆媳相處，該如何是好？
